Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

PropulSell helps people create product images and listings for the clothing they sell. This policy sets out what you may and may not do with the Service. It forms part of our Terms of Service (/terms). By using PropulSell you agree to follow it.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate or publish with the Service anything that:

Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or infringes someone else's rights

Is child sexual abuse material (CSAM), depicts child sexual exploitation, or is non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)

Depicts or promotes violence, hatred or discrimination against a person or group, or exploits or endangers minors

Is sexually explicit, pornographic or otherwise adult

Shows weapons, drugs or other goods that are prohibited from sale

Shows counterfeit, replica or stolen goods, or misrepresents the brand, condition or authenticity of an item

3. People, Faces and Likeness

The AI models created by PropulSell are synthetic. Do not try to make them look like a specific real person

Do not upload photos of real, identifiable people (including celebrities, public figures, colleagues or minors) to create or guide models, images or videos unless that person has given you explicit consent

Do not create face swaps, deepfakes, voice impersonations or any content that imitates the face, body or voice of a real person without their explicit consent

Do not use the Service to make automated judgments or categorisations about people

Reference images are for style and garment guidance only

4. AI Transparency

Outputs are generated by AI and may be labelled or carry metadata saying so; do not remove it where the law requires it

Follow the rules of the marketplace where you publish, including any requirement to disclose AI-generated or AI-edited images

Never present an AI-generated person as a real customer, reviewer or real photograph in a misleading way

5. Intellectual Property and Marketplaces

Only upload photos and designs you own or have the right to use. Respect the terms of the resale platforms where you list your items. PropulSell is not affiliated with those platforms.

6. Misuse of the Service

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or attack the Service or its AI systems

Resell, sublicense or share your account or credits

Create multiple accounts to collect free credits or referral rewards, or use fake invitations

Bypass limits, moderation or security controls

Use outputs to train competing AI models

7. Enforcement

We may review content and usage that we suspect breaks this policy, remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, withhold refunds for abusive use and, where the law requires, report to the authorities. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to immediate termination, as described in our Terms.

Ad Crafter sends its text and image analysis request through Google Gemini with automated safety settings enabled. These settings may block some harmful requests but may not detect every violation; they do not replace your responsibility to follow this policy.

8. Reporting

To report abusive content, a person whose likeness has been used without permission, or an intellectual property complaint, email [email protected] with a description, the relevant links and your contact details. We review reports promptly and remove content that breaks this policy.
